TallyERP9allowsyoutogeneratenumerousreportsandstatements.Thereports
availableinTally.ERP9canbegroupedunderthefollowingbroadcategories:

DISPLAY-TALLY.ERP9REPORTS
Tally'sDisplayofinformationisdesignedtoallowausergetthemaximum benefitof
thedatathatisentered.Ausergetsaholisticpictureofthedataandisalsoableto
presentinformationusingdifferentoptions.Thepurposeofcompilingdataistopresent
itincomprehensibleaccountingreports.Onenteringthevouchers,Tally.ERP9usesthe
samedataandprovidesyouwiththemanagementcontrolreportsinadditiontoall
booksandstatements.
Thedisplayscreens of Tally.ERP 9 are dynamic andinteractive.They are not
spooledprintfilesbutarespeciallydesignedforthescreen.Whateveryouseeonthe
screencanbeprintedaswelldependinguponyourprinter’scapabilities.

intobooksandstatements.
TheCashFlowandFundsFlowdisplaytoohasnotbeengroupedunderStatementsof
Accounts.
TrialBalanceprovidesyouareportontheaccountbalancessortedbygroups,forallthe
accountsoftheselected company.In otherwords,theTrialbalancedisplaysa
collectionofmaingroupsandtheirclosingbalances.
TheStockSummaryisastatementofstock-in-handonaparticulardateandgets
updatedeverytransactionsoastoprovidethecurrentstockposition.
TheRatio AnalysisStatementis a single sheetreportindicating the company’s

performance based on values and keyindicators,overa selected period.This
reportgivesamanageranideaofthecompany'sfinancialconditionandwhereitis
goingintheshort-term.
TheDayBookcontainsallvouchersfortheday,includinginventoryvouchers.Its
purposeistoshowyouaday'stransactions,thoughyoucandisplayareportforany
periodusingChangeperiodoption.
TheListofAccountsgivesthetreestructureofallyourmasters,namely,Groups,
Ledgers,Stockitems,CostCenters,Currencies,etc.
ExceptionReportsarethosereportsthattrackunusualtransactionsorbalances.
